Delete your LifeCui account
You can request deletion of your LifeCui account and its associated app data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email support@lifecui.ai from the email address associated with your LifeCui account, using the subject line:
LifeCui account deletion request
What will be deleted
- Account profile data.
- Reminders.
- Remembered information.
- User-saved content associated with the account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained temporarily or as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment and subscription history, or backup retention.
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Subscriptions
Deleting your LifeCui account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. You must manage and cancel any active subscription separately:
- Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through your Google Play subscriptions.
- Apple subscriptions, when available, must be cancelled through your Apple subscription settings.
Deleting from within the app
Account deletion can also be initiated from within the LifeCui mobile app where that in-app flow is available.
